Our festival crew was established in 1996, building the site for The Who at Hyde Park, 25 years later, you can see us across a multiple of festivals delivering a multiple of services across the whole of the UK, from Live 8 Hyde Park (250,000 cap) to Port Eliot Festival (5000 cap). Download – Donington Park

Rock music fans from around the world flock to Donington Park each year for the annual Download Festival. The three-day event features a star-studded line-up of rock and metal bands, as well as a host of other entertainment options, including circus performances and a wrestling arena! A whopping 150 acts perform over the weekend across multiple stages bringing in over 100,000 fans each year, making this one of the largest festivals in the UK.

We have provided crew to this event for almost 25 years, learning the site and helping improve it year after year. Each year, we provide two separate teams of nearly 30 people, amassing an eye-watering 15,000 hours of labour. With crew ranging from general crew to site managers we’ve almost done it all here at Download.

Camp Bestival – Lulworth Estate

Camp Bestival music festival, one of the UK’s most beloved annual music events, drew tens of thousands of fans from all over the country during one weekend. The festival took place at the Lulworth Estate in Dorset, and featured a wide range of music acts, as well as other entertainment and activities for attendees.

The team comprised of up to 15 crew on our busiest day, spanning over 31 days in total. With teams focusing on various tasks such as steel, signage and fencing, nearly 5,500 man-hours were accumulated.

Overall, the 2022 Camp Bestival festival was a resounding success, providing music fans with a diverse and engaging experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression. With so many attendees already looking forward to next year’s event, it’s clear that Camp Bestival is here to stay as one of the UK’s most beloved music festivals.

Boardmasters

Boardmasters is an annual music and surf festival that takes place in Newquay, Cornwall, in the United Kingdom. The festival was first held in 1981 and has since grown to become one of the most popular summer festivals in the UK, attracting music fans, surf enthusiasts, and festival-goers from all over the world.

Over the years, Boardmasters has hosted a wide variety of music acts, including world-famous performers such as the Foo Fighters, Ed Sheeran, and Florence + the Machine. The festival typically features a mix of popular and up-and-coming artists, with genres ranging from rock and pop, to electronic dance music and hip-hop. Also taking place, is a surf competition on the nearby Fistral Beach.

24/7 Event Crew was a key factor in the success of this festival, supplying over 3,500 man-hours over a 33-day period. Our experienced crew endured sweltering heat and long days in the sun to produce a beautiful coastal event. Our skilled plant drivers and site team handled every task thrown their direction, and we hope to be back again next year.
