Welcome to our Blog Series

Today we Introduce Cloe Spanswick our Operations Manager. She is a key member of our team and keeps the day to day of the business running. She is the work mum / wife to all the crew.

1.How long have you worked in the industry? 

Started in June 2012, coming up to 12 years

2. Describe a typical day in your job?

Morning cup of tea is a must. Standard duties including answering phone calls, doing quotes, booking crew, booking accommodation and travel when needed. With the main thing being answering all the crew with their random questions.

3. What’s the most rewarding aspect of your role?

When accomplishing a goal of hitting the numbers required for a stadium show, and everyone turning up and the event being a success. My most recent accomplishment is successfully organising our crew to work in Saudi Arabia: Flights,  Accommodation, Ground support, even if we may have lost a bag or two along the way! 

4. What do you enjoy the most about working at 24/7 event crew?

I love working within the office environment, great people to work with and although the crew do sometimes get on my nerves (not too often!) they always do put a smile on my face!

5. Do you enjoy any hobbies outside of work?

You can often find me walking my dog , the occasional Sea swim ( when its not too cold!) , and ive just recently joined aqua aerobics 😊

6. What are you looking forward to the most this year?

September 1st, when the summers ends! Hahahahahah

Cloe plays a key part in our team. We’re proud to have her on board and looking forward to her future with 24/7 Event Crew.
