Our festival crew was established in 1996, building the site for The Who at Hyde Park, 25 years later, you can see us across a multiple of festivals delivering a multiple of services across the whole of the UK, from Live 8 Hyde Park (250,000 cap) to Port Eliot Festival (5000 cap). Download – Donington Park

Rock music fans from around the world flock to Donington Park each year for the annual Download Festival. The three-day event features a star-studded line-up of rock and metal bands, as well as a host of other entertainment options, including circus performances and a wrestling arena! A whopping 150 acts perform over the weekend across multiple stages, bringing in over 100,000 fans each year, making this one of the largest festivals in the UK.

In 2024, 24/7 Event Crew continued their long-standing tradition of providing exceptional site crew services for the Download Festival. Having supported the event for almost 25 years, dating back to its origins as Monsters of Rock, our team has gained invaluable experience and knowledge of the site, helping to improve it year after year. Each year, we provide two separate teams of nearly 30 people, amassing 15,000 hours of labor.

Our dedicated site crew handles a wide range of tasks, maintaining the overall site infrastructure being our main responsibility. From general crew to site managers, we’ve done it all at Download, ensuring the festival runs smoothly and efficiently.

Wilderness – Cornbury Park

Each summer, Wilderness Festival transforms the serene Cornbury Park into a vibrant celebration of music, arts, and nature. This four-day event is a haven for free spirits, offering an eclectic mix of live performances, immersive theatre, thought-provoking talks, and wellness activities. With a diverse lineup of artists and entertainers, Wilderness Festival attracts over 30,000 attendees, creating a unique and unforgettable experience.

In 2024, 24/7 Event Crew proudly provided exceptional site crew services for Wilderness Festival. Our team has become an integral part of the festival’s success over the past decade, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned and executed. Each year, we deploy three dedicated teams of nearly 25 people, contributing an impressive 5000+ hours of labor.

Our site crew builds and maintains the festival’s infrastructure, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly. We also supply crew to the creative team, assisting with the construction of the festival’s artistic elements. Additionally, we have a dedicated team that assists VIP Nation in building their boutique campsite, with a team consisting of a site manager, crew boss, and crew.

Creamfields – Daresbury Park

Creamfields is known for its electrifying atmosphere, cutting-edge stage design, and diverse range of electronic music acts. The festival attracts music fans from around the world. In 2024, Creamfields featured over 300 artists performing across multiple stages, including the Steel Yard, Arc Stage, Runway, and the new colossal 30,000-capacity indoor main stage – the largest indoor festival superstructure in the world.

The festival boasted several impressive features:

  • A 300-foot-long LED screen at the Arc Stage, providing a visual feast for attendees.
  • The Runway stage featured a unique airplane hangar design, creating an immersive experience.
  • The Steel Yard stage, known for its awe-inspiring lighting and pyrotechnics, was a crowd favourite.

Our dedicated site team worked around the clock to deliver a unique experience to these festivalgoers. Our crew of over 20 members worked day in and day out, in all weather conditions, for nearly 4 weeks! Our main responsibility was assisting in building the site infrastructure. Over 30 km of Heras fencing was deployed, over 200 signage structures, and thousands of kilometers of festoon.

 

Our team has grown familiar with this site over the years, adapting with the many site improvements that have been made. It is for reasons like these that we are the trusted supplier of crew to such important events like this.
