24/7 Event Crew is an international event crewing company, firmly established within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and delivering trusted, high-quality crew solutions across Riyadh and Jeddah. We supply experienced production and stage crew to live music, sport, and large-scale entertainment events, providing locally based teams that operate to UK standards — safely, efficiently, and at scale.

Our approach rests on two commitments. The first is that the standard of service we deliver in the Kingdom matches anything we provide in the UK. The second is that we invest in the Saudi crew who make it happen. We are trusted to work at pace, under pressure, and at the highest level, and we leave skills behind on every project we take on.

Whether acting as a specialist support team or as the designated lead crew for an entire production, 24/7 Event Crew integrates seamlessly with promoters, production teams, and suppliers — from complex artist changeovers to full event build, show operation, and breakdown.

All labour for our Saudi projects is supplied locally, with KSA nationals forming the backbone of our crews. This is supported by a small, experienced UK team — including trainers, team leaders, and crew chiefs — who work on site to train, mentor, and develop future Saudi crew leaders, ensuring knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability. Our focus is not only on delivery, but on building a skilled local workforce capable of running major events independently.

SOUNDSTORM 2025

In 2025, 24/7 Event Crew was proud to support MDLBEAST Soundstorm, one of the largest and most technically demanding music festivals in the world. Now in its sixth edition, the festival took over a redesigned site of four districts and fourteen stages on the outskirts of Riyadh. Our role on Soundstorm was that of a specialist Mainstage team on Big Beast, flown in specifically during the critical week leading up to the show.

Working at the highest level of live music production, our crew supported world-class headline artists including Swedish House Mafia, Post Malone, and Anyma, managing fast-paced and highly complex stage changeovers where timing, accuracy, and communication are absolutely critical. Our team worked closely with stage management, touring crews, and production departments to ensure smooth transitions between acts, minimising downtime and maintaining the momentum of a globally broadcast event.

In addition to live show operations, we supported the post-event load-out and de-rig, helping ensure the Mainstage was broken down efficiently and safely under tight turnaround schedules.

Our involvement at Soundstorm demonstrates our ability to integrate quickly into existing large-scale productions, provide specialist expertise when it matters most, and operate flawlessly in high-pressure, headline environments.

Jeddah E-Prix 2026

For the 2026 Jeddah E-Prix, held under the lights at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit on 13 and 14 February, 24/7 Event Crew took on a significantly broader role, acting as the designated crew supplier for the full stage operation. Unlike a specialist deployment, this was an end-to-end project, with our teams supporting the event from day one of the build through to final breakdown.

We supplied the entire stage crew, working across all phases of delivery — including rigging support, build, rehearsals, live operation, and de-rig. Our crews collaborated closely with all departments on site, ensuring clear communication, safe working practices, and a unified approach throughout the event lifecycle.

All labour was supplied locally, with KSA nationals forming the core of the workforce. This was supported by a small, experienced UK team on site whose focus was training, mentoring, and developing future Saudi crew leaders. This hands-on approach allowed us to deliver a complex international sporting event while actively strengthening local capability.

Across the eighteen-day operation we delivered over 500 crew days. Around 370 of those were supplied by Saudi national and local crew — including dedicated environmental lighting and follow spot teams — supported by regional crew from the UAE and a UK crew manager, trainer, and climbing team on site throughout. Crew numbers scaled with each phase of the project, from a steady build, through a leaner specialist team held across the two race days, to a 64-strong crew on site for derig the day after the chequered flag.

Our work on Formula E highlights 24/7 Event Crew’s ability to lead and manage complete productions, not just support them — delivering consistency, reliability, and high performance from build to break.
